Membership lasts 12 months from enrollment, billed monthly or annually. Annual prepayment equals 11 monthly payments. Rates are fixed for the term; renewal rates are provided beforehand. Benefits require active membership and current payments. Contact our office about billing, renewal, or cancellation.

Standard rates cover sectional residential doors up to 18' wide x 8' tall with residential openers. One system is included; additional-door fees enroll more at the same address. The first inspection counts as the annual visit; all systems share that appointment. Service includes safety checks, inspection, appropriate lubrication, routine adjustments, and a condition report with photos. Repairs and parts are quoted separately. Oversized or specialty systems are quoted after inspection. Priority scheduling is subject to availability.

Plus Care includes $50 toward one repair of $250 or more; Superior Care includes $100 toward one repair of $500 or more, per property per membership year on enrolled equipment. Thresholds use parts and labor before taxes and call-out fees; complete door or opener replacements are excluded. Eligibility begins after 30 days and the initial inspection. Pre-existing problems are excluded. Unused repair credits do not roll over or combine with promotions.

Call-outs are $50 within our regular residential service area, plus standard parts and labor. Superior Care waives one fee per membership year after 30 days and the initial inspection; later call-outs are $50. An eligible repair credit may apply to that job. Emergency scheduling depends on technician availability.

Each eligible paid base membership payment adds 100% of base dues received to one property balance, including custom large-door base dues. Monthly and annual payments qualify immediately; there is no balance cap. Additional-door fees, taxes, repairs, and unpaid dues earn no credit. Refunded or reversed dues are deducted. Using a repair credit does not reduce upgrade credit.

Apply the full available balance, up to the eligible pre-tax quote subtotal, toward a new residential door and installation by Superior Door. There is no percentage limit. Openers, repairs, fees, taxes, commercial work, and builder or contract-priced work are excluded. Apply before purchase; no past purchases or promotion stacking. Used credit is deducted; unused credit carries forward and new qualifying dues add credit. Time or a membership lapse alone does not expire credit; outside work may void it, under Outside work voids Door Upgrade Credit. Redemption requires active membership and current payments. Credit is nontransferable and has no cash value.

After enrollment, repairs, servicing, adjustments, replacements, or modifications by another company or individual to any enrolled door or opener void the entire accumulated Door Upgrade Credit balance for the property. Work approved in writing by Superior Door beforehand is exempt. Routine owner cleaning, visual checks, and manufacturer-recommended owner lubrication are exempt. Voided credit is forfeited and cannot be restored. New credit accrues only after Superior Door reinspects and approves eligibility. This condition affects Door Upgrade Credit only; manufacturer warranty rights are unchanged.

Standard additions are $6.99/month or $76.89/year each. Multiple oversized doors receive one property quote with a custom base rate and separately priced additions, based on labor and access equipment for the shared visit. Mid-term additions are quoted, prorated, and join the next included visit; extra visits are quoted separately. Repair credits and call-out waivers are shared and never reset when doors or tiers change. Prior repair credit used counts against the upgraded annual allowance. Maintenance and repair benefits do not roll over; scheduling reminders are provided.
